Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking information when your order ships.

United States Shipping
Standard Shipping: $5.99 USD, or free on orders of $49.00 USD or more. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after the order has shipped.
Express Shipping: $15.00 USD. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days after the order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs checks, or incorrect shipping information.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking number by email. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we may need to charge the shipping cost again to resend it.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us with your order number and we will help check the shipment status.
